This can be secured in one lump payment upfront or by direct deposit throughout the season. The cost to an employer is based on a percentage of the money collected and the number of rental units maintained. The program can be customized to meet the needs of any employer providing employee housing.

Aquire Housing
Employers secure leases with properties that meet or exceed all local, state and Federal Housing codes.
Step Two
Employee Agreement
Employees request and agree to rent the housing acquired by the employer.
Step Three
Collect Rent & Utilities
Employees agree to make housing payments to Rental Administration Co. LLC. Payments can be made in one lump sum or through direct deposit.
Step Four
Payment Distribution
Rental Administration Co. LLC distributes payments for both rent and utilities for the leased property.
